Layton, ND is a small agricultural town located in the northwest corner of North Dakota. With a population of just over 1,000 people, Layton has several local religious congregations to serve the spiritual needs of its community members. The places of worship range from traditional Christian churches such as Lutheran, Presbyterian, and Methodist, to more modern Pentecostal and nondenominational denominations. There are additional services offered in the smaller churches in the area such as Bible studies, youth ministry groups and weekly potluck dinners. In addition to regular church services, some congregations offer special events throughout the year such as Vacation Bible School for children or a soup supper before Lenten season.
